Sessions include recipe instruction, hands-on practice, and plating techniques. Upon completion, participants gather in the magnificent dining room of Il Capriccio for community time, dessert tasting, coffee, cocktail pairing and Prosecco (select events, guests over 21). All participants will take home their desserts as well as the recipes.

Teresa has so many options for you to select. Recipes such as Classic Biscotti, homemade gelato, warm chocolate lava cake, Italian cookies, Creme brulee, eclairs, cream puffs, tiramisu, panna cotta, cannoli's and so much more. Cocktail pairing, dessert tasting, chocolate and wine pairing..... Your selection is as unique as you are. Submit your recipe request and Teresa will be happy to accommodate you!

Reservations required one week in advance due to limited class size, and for preparation.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made via email one week prior to your event. Refunds or admission to a different event are available if you need to cancel within the one week time period. Refunds will not be offered with less than 1 week's notice.
Please note there is a minimum of 8 participants required for private events.
Biscotti Class. Sunday, April 19th. 2:30-4:30pm
Learn to bake classic Almond Biscotti and Double Chocolate toasted almond biscotti dipped in chocolate. Enjoy Biscotti tasting, affogato's with vanilla gelato & espresso, prosecco toast and soft drinks. $120 per guest. Includes recipes and dessert box to take home. SOLD OUT
Cheesecake Class. Saturday April 11th. 9:30-11am.
