Sessions include recipe instruction, hands-on practice, and plating. Upon completion, participants gather in the magnificent dining room for dessert tasting, coffee, cocktail pairing and Prosecco (select events, guests over 21). Reservations must be purchased at least one week in advance due to limited class size, and for proper ordering of supplies and preparation.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made via email (teresa@ilcapriccio.com) one week prior to your event so that we can offer reservations to guests on the waiting list. We will offer a refund or admission to a different event if you need to cancel within the one week time period. Refunds will not be offered with less than 1 week's notice.
Please note there is a minimum of 8 students required for private events. Scheduled Classes will be cancelled if spots are not filled.
