Your Personal Pastry Chef
As the executive Pastry Chef at her family's award winning restaurant, Il Capriccio located in Whippany, New Jersey, Teresa has been preparing desserts since 2006. After years of serving her patrons in the dining room, she decided to offer her biscotti & cookies to be enjoyed at home. Every cookie is hand made by Teresa with love and gratitude. She prepares them daily, using the only the finest ingredients; ensuring the highest quality in every batch.

Baking Classes & Dessert Series
Welcome to an interactive afternoon of dessert preparation filled with inspiration, community, laughter and fulfillment. Leave your worries behind and celebrate the present moment with bliss among family & friends. Tap in to your inner baker and reveal the creativity that is within you! Perfect for groups of friends, couples, families and team building from the workplace.
Special classes for private parties are available for groups of 8 or more adults and for children over the age of 8.
Event Format:
All Classes begin with a meet and greet followed by recipe demonstration and instruction. Guests will participate in hands-on application, plating and serving techniques. Upon completion, guests will gather in the private dining room of Il Capriccio to enjoy dessert tasting and a Prosecco toast to celebrate their well deserved efforts. Cocktail pairing (on select events), coffee and soft drinks will be served. All guests will take home their special desserts as well as a copies of the recipes.
**Class dates are Subject to Change and all guests will receive notice if necessary.
Location
Reservations must be purchased at least one week in advance due to limited class size, and for proper ordering of supplies and preparation.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made via email (teresa@ilcapriccio.com) one week prior to your event so that we can offer reservations to guests on the waiting list. We will offer a refund or admission to a different event if you need to cancel within the one week time period. Refunds will not be offered with less than 1 week's notice.
Allergies: We practice strict sanitation procedures, however, we work in a kitchen that shares equipment with common allergens. Please attend knowing that as we do our best, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. Please inform Teresa if you have any food intolerances and/ or allergies such as gluten, nuts or latex (we use latex gloves during baking).
